Concepted and launched this industry-wide initiative in 2019 (and relaunched with the LPGA in 2024) to spark conversation, encourage inclusivity, and invite more women to the game.

  • Created and led a campaign that inspired players to take action, provided educational tools for golf professionals, and united leading golf organizations under a shared message.

  • Oversaw creative direction, brand development, campaign messaging, and public relations, resulting in over 30 million digital and media impressions.

  • In 2024, the LPGA re-engaged BIRDHAUS to relaunch the campaign—this time with a focus on LPGA Teaching Professionals nationwide, activating events in key markets across the country.

  • The relaunch deepened the campaign’s community impact, empowering local leaders to create meaningful on-course experiences that welcomed new women into the game.
